KEY DESIGN FEATURES
Omnivalve™ Control System
The ARP™ Trailer Mounted Lift System utilizes our patent pending© valve package to provide adjustable speed control. The Omnivalve™ Control System allows for extremely smooth operation on the up stroke, down stroke, and when changing directions. The system is designed to produce 24/7 regardless of the reservoir feed in rate; thereby reducing the need for pump off control.
Centerlift™ Hydraulic Single or Twin Cylinders
After the ARP™ Trailer Mounted Lift System is set up for production, the Centerlift™ Hydraulic System, allows a single or twin cylinder system to swing freely over the well, finding the exact center, thereby eliminating any possibility of side loading of the rod and piston seals. As in all ARP™ units, this system greatly increases the productive life many times over that of other units, conventional or otherwise.
The hydraulic pump, Omnivalve™, and all cylinders are double sealed with double wipers which comprises the Duraseal™ System. The system eliminates contaminants from entering the working parts of the components. Also, the system has secondary chambers which capture fluid migrating past the main seals. This method drains the fluid into a segregated container rather than leak any fluid. This feature dramatically extends time between seal replacements.
Save 30% to 40% over conventional units.
The ARP™ Trailer Mounted Lift System is designed for one person to install in 2 – 4 hours or less.
Minimal site preparation required.
User Friendly Operations
All ARP™ systems require only the simple turning of two knobs to adjust the desired speed.
Modular design for fast component replacement improves production “up” time.
Electric motor or natural gas engine
Few accessible moving parts.
Murphy Tattletale™ diagnostic control panel (see Murphy safety controls).
Low operating hydraulic pressures.
Minimal site preparation.
1 year full warranty on all parts
24/7 pumping at any desired speed for precise fluid control.
Adjustable stroke length 6″ to 168″.
ATLAS NOMAD™-132-25-60-8-115 (PICTURED ON LEFT)
The ARP™ Trailer Mounted Lift System provides a temporary installation at a cost far below comparable conventional counterweight units. Whether in a permanent or portable capacity, the Atlas Nomad units are highly mobile and designed for higher fluid volumes or deep well environments requiring higher loads and lifting capacities. The ARP™ Trailer Mounted Lift System is a trailer mounted, self contained equipment package complete with attached mast and detachable wheels for temporary applications. The ARP™ Trailer Mounted Lift System is simply backed to the wellhead, the trailer is jacked in place then secured. After the unit is firmly secured and centered over the well, the mast is raised with hydraulic cylinders then the wheels can be left in place for temporary needs. Once on location, set up should take about 2 – 4 hours or less.
Principal owners of ARP™ have over 100 years of precision machining, manufacturing and oilfield production/sucker rod pump experience. This experience includes duties as a prime contractor for the DOE, the DOD, GE and other fortune 500 companies
