KEY DESIGN FEATURES

Omnivalve™ Control System

The ARP™ Well Mounted Lift System utilizes patent pending control valves to provide adjustable speed control. The Omnivalve™ Control System allows for extremely smooth operation on the up stroke and down stroke. The system is designed to produce 24/7 regardless of the reservoir feed in rate; thereby reducing the need for pump off control.

Centerlift™ Twin Cylinders

After the ARP™ lift system is mounted the Centerlift™ Hydraulic System, working in the same manner as on other ARP™ pumping units, allows the twin cylinders to swing freely over the well, finding the exact center, thereby reducing the possibility of side loading on the rod and piston seals. This method of operation improves the productive life of the system thereby reducing costly repairs.

Duraseal™ System

The hydraulic pump, Omnivalve™, and all cylinders are double sealed with double wipers comprising the ARP™ Duraseal™ System. The ARP™ Duraseal™ design eliminates contaminants from entering the working parts of the system. Also, the system has secondary chambers which capture fluid migrating past the main seals. This method drains the fluid into a segregated container rather than leak any fluid while dramatically extending time between seal replacements.

ARP™ Well Mounted Lift Systems – The ARP™ Well Mounted Lift System is named for its ability to provide a small installed footprint while at the same time achieving maximum results at a cost far below comparable conventional counterweight units. The ARP™ system is also highly mobile and easily installed in 2 – 4 hours. The patent pending© Omnivalve™ Control System provides adjustable control by simply adjusting two control knobs to increase or decrease the up and down speeds. The 12V control panel has Tattletale™ lights using oilfield reliable Murphy Swichgages™. The ARP™ system is designed to provide peak polished rod load capabilities to 50,000 pounds. Stroke lengths range from 48″ to 168″.
