WELL MOUNTED LIFT SYSTEM
KEY DESIGN FEATURES
Omnivalve™ Control System
The ARP™ Well Mounted Lift System utilizes patent pending control valves to provide adjustable speed control. The Omnivalve™ Control System allows for extremely smooth operation on the up stroke and down stroke. The system is designed to produce 24/7 regardless of the reservoir feed in rate; thereby reducing the need for pump off control.
Centerlift™ Twin Cylinders
After the ARP™ lift system is mounted the Centerlift™ Hydraulic System, working in the same manner as on other ARP™ pumping units, allows the twin cylinders to swing freely over the well, finding the exact center, thereby reducing the possibility of side loading on the rod and piston seals. This method of operation improves the productive life of the system thereby reducing costly repairs.
The hydraulic pump, Omnivalve™, and all cylinders are double sealed with double wipers comprising the ARP™ Duraseal™ System. The ARP™ Duraseal™ design eliminates contaminants from entering the working parts of the system. Also, the system has secondary chambers which capture fluid migrating past the main seals. This method drains the fluid into a segregated container rather than leak any fluid while dramatically extending time between seal replacements.
Save 30% to 40% over conventional units.
The ARP™ Well Mounted Lift System is designed for a 2 – 4 hour or less install time, easily installed by a contractor or company personnel.
Minimal site preparation required
User Friendly Operations
All ARP™ units only require the simple turning of a knob to adjust to the desired up or down speed.
Modular design for fast component replacement increases production uptime.
Electric motor or natural gas engine
Few accessible moving parts
Murphy Tattletale™ diagnostic control panel (see Murphy safety controls)
Lower operating hydraulic pressures
1 year full warranty on all parts
Hydraulic Power Unit: 4′ x 4′ x 6′ or 4′ x 8′ x 6′ or 4′ x 12′ x 6′
Well Lift Mast: 18″ x 24″ x 12′ to 18″ x “24” X 32′
24/7 pumping at any desired speed for precise fluid control
Adjustable stroke length 6″ to 168″
ARP™ Well Mounted Lift Systems – The ARP™ Well Mounted Lift System is named for its ability to provide a small installed footprint while at the same time achieving maximum results at a cost far below comparable conventional counterweight units. The ARP™ system is also highly mobile and easily installed in 2 – 4 hours. The patent pending© Omnivalve™ Control System provides adjustable control by simply adjusting two control knobs to increase or decrease the up and down speeds. The 12V control panel has Tattletale™ lights using oilfield reliable Murphy Swichgages™. The ARP™ system is designed to provide peak polished rod load capabilities to 50,000 pounds. Stroke lengths range from 48″ to 168″.
Principals of American RodPump Ltd have over 100 years of precision machining, manufacturing and oilfield production/sucker rod system design experience including prime contractor duties for the DOE, the DOD, GE and other fortune 500 companies.
